Background:

My love for gardening and flowers started when I was a little girl helping my mom take care of her gardens. Now that I have my own gardens to tend, I find that I'm drawn to planting Victorian cottage garden flowers, which stems (pun intended!) from my fondness for the floral drawings and illustrations of the Victorian era.

When I decided to make magnets featuring some of my favorite vintage flower designs, I spent quite some time figuring how best to showcase their beauty. I decided upon 1 inch acrylic domed cabochons. These cabochons are super lightweight, won't break if somehow they are dropped onto a hard surface, and their domed design produces wonderfully magnified images.

Details:

This particular set of 5 bubble magnets features orchid flowers against a deep green background. Chartreuse-colored pollen and bits of aqua in the center of each flower completes the color scheme.

Each acrylic cabochon is 1 inch in diameter, and has a very strong rare earth magnet attached to the back. Each magnet can hold several sheets of paper.
