Heavy on the pine tar (over 25%) and even heavier on the soothing Virgin Olive Oil, dry skin loves this unusual old fashioned soap. Made with kiln burnt pine tar that is imported from Sweden, this castile style soap is long lasting and has a fair lather. Pine Tar soap is an different type of soap and not for everyone. It's smokey smelling but does have a clear lather which rinses easily leaving skin soft.
Simply handmade with Olive Oil, Palm Oil, Pine Tar, Water, Lye and Castor Oil. Naturally retained glycerin is a by product in the soapmaking process - yeah!

I've used pine tar soaps for years, not because of skin conditions, but the grocery store soaps have become too WIMPY to leave you clean- I consider myself to be a bit of a "pine tar snob"- and I can tell you that your pine tars are the best in the country, as they are REAL pine tar, not just some weak oil poured into glycerin soap, and your bars hold their scent down to the last scrap.
