About Me
I am a creative recycler and salvager. My goal is to take anything that would be thrown away and repurpose it into something fun, beautiful, and useful. My items are: handmade in the USA by me; sweatshop free - no slave or child labor; and green since I use only salvaged and recycled materials. I am very picky about quality and workmanship, so I hope you will be pleased. I am inspired to craft a better world. I aim to reclaim beautiful materials and transform them into original and wonderful artifacts that enhance the quality of everyday life. Some of my favorite books: Cradle to Cradle: Remaking the Way We Make Things by William McDonough and Michael Braungart; Reenchantment of Art by Suzi Gablik. Also the novels World Made By Hand and The Witch of Hebron by James Howard Kunstler.
