This palette is about to be made into a medium/large classic sweater coat with a hood. It should be ready to ship by May 3, 2012. If you want to purchase it in the meantime, just convo me and I'll reserve it for you. The price will be $375.00.
Beautiful blends of yarns for a Dorothy Technicolor Sweater Dream Coat by CCDZS. This palette is being made into a Large Sweater. Convo me the length of your arm from the shoulder seam down to where you want the edge of your sleeve. Most of my customers want their sleeve to come down to about the first knuckle of their middle finger. Your sweater will be made out of these exact yarns. I use high quality yarns for every sweater.

This palette is full of worsted weight wools, alpaca and merino with one silk ribbon w/silver glitter (he is a wizard, you know). The bodice will be made from a beautiful copper worsted weight wool. Putting this one together, I couldn't help but think of the Weasleys' red hair, the sweaters his mother made for him throughout all the movies and that crazy, old fashioned dress cape he wore to the ball in The Goblet of Fire. Beautiful yarns that would go together to make a beautiful sweater.

When Molly first walked acros the big screen in her sweater, every crocheter watching that scene, I'm sure, thought what I thought, "How on earth are those sleeves made?" I was totally distracted by looking at the stitches and had to watch the scene again to find out what happened. Anybody who loves color, warmth and magic will love this sweater.
The last two pictures are sweaters that have already been sold but are examples of the type of sweater that will be made from these yarns. I can also add a hood for an additional $100.00 and crocheted flowers for $6.00 each.
This sweater must be drycleaned. There are fibers used that would felt in a washing machine or if improperly cleaned.
