About the Item
This straw Panama style ladies' hat has a black fabric band. I attached a funky heart with wings fabric patch to give it some character and added some black, white, and red feathers. I also wove some green and white gingham style ribbon around the rim.
This is not a "new" hat. It's actually one of mine that I've customized. It's was a little too small, so I only wore it once or twice.
On each hat I design, I add the "La Gringa Ranchwear" sweatband. It's made of minkie fabric (feels like velvet), and is so smooth against your face, you will love it.
Keep the sun off your lovely face in modern funky style. Everyone will envy you when you wear this La Gringa Original hat as no two hats are made the same.
It actually measures 20 3/4" inside which would make it a 6 in US sizes or 54 in metric sizes. If you want to measure your head to see if it will fit, take a soft tape measure and measure around your head just about an inch above your ears where the hat should rest.
If it looks like the hat is a little big, the size can be reduced. Let me know if you want some reducer. You put it between sweatband and the hat and it makes it smaller around. It has adhesive on one side, so it will stay in place.
Brim is 4". Crown is 4 1/2" high.
