About Me
Diva Dreads was created in 2009. It is a collaboration of three family members: a mother and her two daughters. The eldest member of our family has over 50+ years of hair styling experience. Through the knowledge of our mother, we have learned various techniques in hair styling including braiding, styling and dread locking. All braids and dreads are made by hand by us. Diva Dreads has various goals. First, the creators of Diva Dreads want to share their culture with others. Secondly, we want to shatter the negative stereotypes associated with braids and dreads.
