Talk to me - husband and wife finger puppets

When you are selling online and blogging you always want to know who is talking about you online.  There are a few places online resources that you can use to find out who may be talking about you, your shop , and your blog.

The first if Google Alerts:

Google Alerts is great cause it is an automatic tool that updates you via email when a certain word or phrase is talked about on the web.

You can see below that you can search your terms , where to look, how many times per day, and what email it will be sent to.

There are also two sites that let you manually search terms online.  Who’s Talkin and Social Mention
