One thing I have learned from having an ETSY store is always provide the highest level of customer service to your customers  as well as anyone sending through a ‘convo’ or message of enquiry.

Even if they don’t buy right away they may come back down the track, or pass on your shop details to someone they know.

If you are friendly and professional people will appreciate and remember that.

Also ensure that your ‘convo’ communications are professional and friendly in tone and you get back to people promptly, as of course this gives a good impression of how you are to do business with and keeps your customers happy and hopefully coming back to your store to buy more!
