Keep Your Etsy Shop Up To Date

Etsy Tip of the Day

Make sure you keep your shop up to date by adding at least three new things  each day. If you don’t have anything to add renew a couple of items. Set your self a goal for how many items you would like in your shop and don’t ever think that you can have to many. For every item in your shop you have another chance to be seen through out Etsy.

I think one of the best tips for new Etsy sellers is to have at least 25 items listed at any one time, and to relist / renew often.  Try different times of the day to relist and see what works better for you.  Also, promoting and posting in the forums is a great way to get exposure on Etsy.  You can learn a lot from all the wonderful Etsy sellers!

This is great advice, keeping my shop fresh works better for sales than anything else I have ever tried!

I’ve not found renewing to be very useful. I’ve renewed some items so many times that the listing fees are more than the item is worth. But I don’t know what else to do to keep my shop in the searches so I keep renewing, hoping it will pan out.

Isn’t the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result? LOL.
