Find a comfortable place to sit because it’s time for a foot soak.  I found this husband and wife team in California who create a line of 100% natural products, as expressed in their name, VirtueNatural.  Sprinkle a handful of these Citrus and Calendula Spa Salts into a basin of warm water and relax.

Now, let’s cleanse your face to prepare for your next treatment.  Momandmycrafts sews practical items that she may need throughout her day.    I came across these Eco-Friendly Chenille facial scrubs, cute!

You are now ready to kick back and relieve yourself of any stress or headache that you may have.  Or simply just relax.  Bluemorpho has designed these Lavender and Flax eye pillows.  She offers different patterns to your liking.  The pillows are designed to cover your eyes and temples and can be used hot or cold to relieve pain.  Instructions are included.

To end your spa day you must have a minimum of six of these Vanilla Fudge Gourmet Cupcakes, filled with Bavarian Creme.  This California based shop, SinnersSaintsSweets, only uses local farmers markets and bakery suppliers for their goodies.  Arrives nicely packaged and fresh, just grab a fork and indulge.

Aaaaahhhh, just writing this article has relaxed me.   But I still want the cupcakes.
