I have tried to set this up but it appears that because I am on a mac using the Firefox browser these options are not available. I tried using Safari as well, no luck. I am reluctant to put Internet Explorer on my Mac. Any thoughts on this?

I have made sales since I added the survey info and I can't find the results on the transaction detail pages in my Paypal account. Is that where it's supposed to be? . I definitely saved the changes because when I go into the custom page options the survey question info I added is there. Where exactly do we find the customers response to the survey? Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.

Nevermind. I found it. I was looking at an eBay payment transaction detail page and it doesn't apply to ebay. : )

Etsy also added some more stats that list where visitors come from and what keywords they use to find your shop but I like this because it can collect information about the actual buyers of your shop items, thanks for the info!
