In Etsy’s effort to reach a global economy, they announce that they are going to offer prices in 23 different currencies.

We’re excited to announce you will soon be able to see prices on Etsy in any of the 23 currencies listed below.

You can select your currency with a link next to the price on each listing page or a link in the footer. If you’re signed in, you can also set your preference at Your Etsy > Account. You can change your currency preference any time, and you won’t need an account to view prices in other currencies.

Once you select a currency, item prices will be in your currency in almost all areas of the site. Exceptions include prices displayed in Flash apps (for example: Shop Local or Time Machine 2) and Alchemy; these will remain USD-only.

On listing pages, the price in your currency will appear below the USD price, and will be noted as an approximate conversion.
