Craftopolis – A Trove for Treasuries
Craftopolis is another site that every Etsy vendor should utilize. It simplifies the Treasury system of Etsy.
Instead of clicking page after page to see if you are in a treasury or waiting for someone to convo you, the Treasure Hunt tab on Craftoplis shows you in an instant.
Just type in your user name, hit enter and the page displays all the treasuries you are in and even lists where you are an alternate. The listings are all links where you can easily view the whole treasury and comment.
The next tab is really useful if you love to curate your own treasuries. It’s the Treasury Clock. Anyone’s who’s ever sat in the treasury rooms trying to do the math and figure out when the treasury opens will just love this!
The two clocks represent the two treasuries on Etsy and there is a viable countdown in hours and minutes. When the Craftopolis clocks hit the red zone, head over to Etsy and wait for the last few treasuries to time out.
The last tab is the Shop Lover’s page. This is a unique page that allows users to track both shop and item hearts by date.
So… if you keep a database on your listings, you can see what was listed that got you hearts on a specific date. Click on the date and hover over the images below, you can see the name of the user that hearted you. I can use this info to check my own shop and see what I listed on that particular date.
On the same page is the Item Lovers link. This brings up thumbnail images of all your products and, as you hover over each, it reveals the item views for each one. Click on the thumbnail and it reveals the calendar of hearts for that particular item.
If you keep track of listing dates and any special promotions you run, this calendar allows you to see what pays off in hearts.
Between keeping up with where your hearts are coming from and using this site to find and curate treasuries, Craftopolis allows you to be a more active part of the Etsy community.
