Who is Alexandra Daddario? An Italian supermodel perhaps? A famous movie director? A rich, pompous heiress? Actually, she’s none of the above. She’s a 24-year-old American actress who has been in exactly 9 movies and 6 television shows. Most recently, she played Annabeth Chase in the fantastic movie Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (which I would most definitely recommend seeing). Even though this relative newcomer in the film industry hasn’t even begun to dip her toes into the pool of the vast repertoire created by Hollywood living legends such as Meryl Streep, Jack Nicholson, or Dame Judi Dench, her future looks quite promising.

Her outfit at the premiere of Avatar shows off the elegance of the little black dress, while still maintaining it’s stylish simplicity. This outfit would be perfect on a date with your husband/boyfriend or on a night at the club with the girls. Whatever the reason to wear it, there’s no doubt that this outfit is affordable, no matter your celebrity status.

1. Little Black Dress – The bottom half of this dress is covered in tulle, which makes it look like it was made especially for the hottest of celebrities.

2. Black Belt – This black belt is worn around the natural waist, giving the appearance of an hourglass shape.

3. Black Pumps – These shoes are super simple, but the pointed toe gives them added flair.

4. Braided Bracelet – The braided design on this bracelet looks like something straight out of New York Fashion Week, but the price isn’t quite so extravagant.

One of my all time favorite celebrities is Rachel McAdams. She’s a Canadian actress who’s had roles in some of my favorite movies such as The Notebook, Mean Girls, and The Time Traveler’s Wife. She truly is a gifted performer and a very stylish person. And, get this… she has a whole blog (along with 2 of her best friends) called Green is Sexy, which gives tips on how to choose environmentally friendly things instead of the things we normally buy from the local grocery store.

Her look here is kind of classy-meets-business-Barbie. This versatile outfit is something you could wear to a business meeting, a luncheon, or even shopping!

1. Trench Coat – I love the neckline, sleeves, buttons, waist, and bottom of this coat! Oh…what the hey, I LOVE THE WHOLE THING!

2. Black Pumps – These pumps have a rounded toe, which is a lot more simplistic than the dramatic pointed toe.

3. Checkered Dress – This dress typically falls right at or below the knee, so it’s classy without being too revealing.

4. Grey Purse – This purse is just the right size. Big enough to hold all of your stuff, but small enough so it doesn’t look like you’re lugging around a hamper.

Remember, you don’t need to spend money like a celebrity to look like one.

4. White Pumps – These may not be the peep-toe pumps Selena is wearing, but they’ll make this outfit perfect for a night on the town.

5. Gold and Black Bead Bracelet – Black and gold are two colors that are certified stunners.  This bracelet will make you look like a perfect 10.
