A Love for Bottle Caps

Christine from Christine’s Beadworks loves bottle caps.  Over on her blog she wrote three posts about bottle caps, and how artists are using them to make all kinds of wonderful handmade goods. Christine goes into great detail about each of the items below.

The first four designers embrace the iconic image of the bottle cap and preserve that image to different affect.  The first designer, Blingismything, showcases the cap in its original form.  Few do it as well as Katie; her designs are simple, yet chic and wearable.

I too have always found bottle caps interesting one of my favorite Etsy shops that recycles bottle caps is  loranscruggs

    Tim,
Thanks so much for posting my blog article about bottle cap artists. I love discovering new artists that use this recycled material in creative ways. I also owe a big thanks to Loran for inspiring my current series on collaborations and to you for always encouraging and promoting the handmade community.
